Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation across country, many of our partners are affected due to shortage of material and manpower; therefore you may experience longer wait times for delivery of your products and refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and will continue to update you as the situation changes. We aim to deliver the product as quickly as we can by opting the fastest method to get the products to you. What are the delivery charges? We have a flat delivery charge of INR 100/- for orders below INR Rs 4000/-. FREE Shipping for all orders above INR Rs 4000/-.
Exchange requests are accepted via Email request only. We have a 7 day exchange policy. In case that you want to exchange a product, please send us an email on Queenbeedsyn@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. The order number can be found in the confirmation email as well as text message from Designs by Queen Bee. After we receive the E-Mail, we will respond within 1-2 working days (If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder). Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and trot around town being a Queen Bee. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return. Sale of all discounted items is FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted/sale products. Hence kindly check your size from the size chart before placing your order. All products bought on special offers (eg. Introductory Offer) are eligible for exchange (subject to size availability), but will have to be couriered back by the client at their own cost. We do not accept returns on International Orders due to high logistics costs. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on personalized, customized or modified products. In case you receive a damaged piece, please email us immediately at Queenbeedsyn@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damage in the product within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please keep the tags intact. We will respond within 1-2 working days and dispatch a new piece as soon as possible. At the time of delivery if you receive a shipment that is in a tampered state, we request you to not accept the parcel from the courier person and immediately inform us the situation and we will help you further. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged or tarnished due to daily wear and tear. What Is The Exchange Procedure? To exchange the product, please send us an e mail on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7days from the date of delivery of your order. After we receive the mail, we will respond within 1-2 working days and arrange a pick up for your product from the shipping address. Please pack the product with tags intact in the original packaging. In the event that a pickup cannot be arranged by us for reasons mentioned above, the customer is requested to package it and courier it at their own cost.
